The problem to solve.

Theme-park decisions cut across guest experience, queueing, ride availability, food and retail demand, staffing, and commercial performance. The project needed to show how those signals could be brought together for operational decision-making.

How the work was shaped.

  • Created a virtual operating model covering gates, rides, restaurants, and shops.
  • Defined scenarios such as opening rush, ride breakdown, and promotion day to make decisions testable.
  • Designed comparison views and explainable outputs so scenario results could be understood by non-technical stakeholders.
