The problem to solve.
Data-centre operators need to understand current load, safe headroom, tenant demand, energy cost, and operational risk at the same time. Raw telemetry alone does not provide a clear answer to what capacity is genuinely available.
02 / Approach
How the work was shaped.
- Modelled site and tenant telemetry around IT load, facility load, PUE, grid utilisation, and operational headroom.
- Added scenario controls for AI workload growth, heatwaves, price spikes, and meter failure.
- Turned technical readings into management-facing indicators and safe-capacity decisions.
